  1. Choose Your Property

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to start your dream build and have the escape you’ve always dreamed of, or maybe an addition to your investment portfolio. The first step is always to pick the property that suits your needs the best!

2. Sign the Agreement

After you know the property you’d like to purchase, contact us and we will sign a purchase agreement laying out the terms of the sale for us. This contract legally binds the sale and protects our buyer's interest in the property. To do this step we will just need the name(s) for the Deed and an address for the future tax bill.

3. Make the Payment

Once the agreement is signed by both parties, we will move onto making the payment online. We can take payments through Zelle, Venmo, a direct bank wire, or with a credit card through our online Square Processing which will come with an added 3% processing fee (our only fee, which is optional).

4. Record the Deed

Once payment is received, we will confirm your information for the deed and get it recorded online with the County. This makes the recording process faster and easier and is usually recorded within 1-2 business days. Once recorded, we will send the deed file with the recording number and County stamp to your email or if you prefer we can mail out a physical printed copy of it.
